Items purchased from Turbo Carver Web site within 30 days after purchase. Returned merchandise must be in original packaging and be provided with adequate padding to protect it from damage during shipping. Returned merchandise damaged beyond normal usage cannot be accepted. Damaged Merchandise will not be refunded and returned only at customer's expense.
Do some restrictions apply?
Open accessories may be returned within 30 days from sale date with a 20% restocking fee ~ Shipping charges are not refundable. Any burs opened from package ARE NOT refundable.

HOW do customers return items?
All returned merchandise must be adequately packed and protected as returned merchandise damaged beyond normal usage will not be accepted or refunded. Return all products in like new condition with original packaging including padding and ample protection during shipping. In the event of a damaged return: Customer must file damage claim with carrier who provided the return. Refunds will not be paid on merchandise broken or worn beyond normal wear. *Unreasonably damaged Merchandise not able to be accepted will be returned at customer's expense.
Shipping Charges - Are shipping rates refundable?
Returned items will be the responsibility of the customer to provide payment for shipping.
CREDIT for returns?
Refunds will be made back to customer's credit card or pay pal account. We will process your refund for the purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
